What is my background?
My name is Moshe Indig. I graduated in the top half of my class from NYU School of Law in May 2016 and spent two-plus years working in writing-intensive litigation while also guiding applicants to their dream schools. I now do law school admissions consulting full time and I’m psyched about it.
Oh, I have the most adorable miniature Australian shepherd puppy named Pebbles. I can speak about her all day, so don’t get me started. Or do, please do.

How do I approach law school admissions consulting?
I approach this process with flair and ambition. I’m not here to simply hold your hand and have you apply to several safety schools. I’m here to push you. I’m here to encourage you to chase your dreams and reach for the best schools possible. And I’m here to help you get admitted at such schools.
At the beginning of the process, I do my best to get to know you better than almost anyone in your life. I want you to open up to me and tell me things you might not even be comfortable telling your closest friends. Law schools want to know the real you, and I’m here to help you express yourself in your applications. I’m here to help you frame your story in the best way possible and to pick out which aspects of your life story are most relevant and impressive.
As we get to the middle of the process, I’m going to continue guiding you. And I’ll be taking on a significant portion of your stress. The hard calls will be on me and I hold myself accountable for every recommendation I make. And I learn from them. With every client I work with, I learn something new about life, about myself, about writing, about strategy. One size does not fit all, and therefore my approach to each applicant is unique. What works for one person may not work for another. But we will have fun in the process and we will laugh as we work our way toward the finish line.
By the end of the process, my hope is that you’ve learned things about yourself you didn’t know previously and that we build a bond that will last even after you matriculate to law school. I’ve kept in touch with many of my clients over the years and I plan to continue to do so.
Am I invested in you?
Yes, and maybe a bit too much, as my clients often tell me.
When I take you on as a client, I go all in. I’m not half-listening while juggling ten other things. I learn your story inside and out—what shaped you, what drives you, what kind of lawyer you want to become. I hold your goals like they’re my own.
I’m the consultant who will obsess over a word or sentence in an essay or resume, so you don’t have to.
I’m the consultant who will spend hours critically thinking before making tough decisions about crucial parts of your application, so you don’t have to.
And I’m the consultant who will second-guess my very sound advice for too many hours, so you don’t have to.
I’m here to make this process as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
