If you're looking to apply by October, you're probably too late (some exceptions). If you'd like to apply by late November, the clock is ticking. December applicants, you still have time but don't wait too long.

If you dead-set on applying by October, you're almost definitely too late. If you're open to aiming for November and potentially getting done sooner, you might still be in luck. If you're looking to apply in late November or December, my doors are wide open and screaming for you to stroll in.

And November applicants sometimes do get their applications in by the end of October. Also, keep in mind that applying by November is still considered early.
